What does the programme consist of?

Will Torino helps you set up a fund with which to cover the cost of school and extracurricular activities for your children.

What will you be offered?

  • A non-repayable amount of up to 6,000 euros over the course of 6 years for school and extracurricular activities.
  • Financial training and education, guidance and personalised educational support.

What are the requirements for joining the programme?

To join the programme you must:

  • Have a son or daughter in their fifth and final year of a primary school in Turin.
  • Be resident in Turin
  • Have an ISEE for subsidised children’s services of no more than 15,000 euros.

How does it work?

You can save between 5 and 30 euros per month, paying as much as you can each time. The money is placed in a digital piggy bank that you can check on your mobile.

When you need to pay a school or extracurricular expense, Will Torino will quadruple your savings.

For example: if you’ve saved 5 euros a week for 4 weeks you will have 20 euros in the piggy bank. Therefore: Will Torino will raise this to 80 euros. Given that over six years you could save a maximum of 1,500 euros, Will Torino could provide up to 6,000 euros.

You can use the Will funds to pay various expenses: canteen meals, public transport, school trips, sports courses (including medical assessments of fitness to practise a given sport), after-school activities, drama, music, art, languages or IT courses, tutoring. You can buy school supplies, books, magazines and all you need for after-school activities (sports kits, musical instruments, etc.).

Will Torino can also help you buy a PC or tablet and pay for the internet connection at home. Just submit your purchase receipts.
